Per request of my dear old Dad, I got a flu shot this weekend. I'm working at the hospital now and they were offering them up for free. It didn't hurt at all, but I have been experiencing some "flu-like" symptoms the past few days - body aches, head aches, sore throat. This is to be expected, according to the nurse who gave me the shot. If I catch the full-blown flu, however, this girl is gonna be pretty upset.
However, I'm hearing more and more stories of people I know getting the Swine Flu... Gotta be prepared, unfortunately.
Oh! I had that happen when I got flu shots several years ago. I hope you feel better soon! Even Flu lite is unpleasant.
