The Promenade at Brooklyn Heights

After I started my externship in Brooklyn, I was constantly hearing about "The Promenade." All my supervisors were telling me to "go walk down the Promenade." I had no clue what they were talking about. According to their tales, it was just a short walk from the office and provided an absolutely gorgeous view of the tail end of the city.

What in the world took me soooo long to get on board with this?? I must say, however, I may have chosen one of the better days to go exploring. The weather was absolutely gorgeous on Tuesday. There was a light breeze and the sky was clear. Tons of people were out and about enjoying the Spring weather. I have just six short weeks left at my externship, so I certainly plan to swing by the Promenade as frequently as possible between now and my last day.
