Ok, Hell's Kitchen burger joint - that's awfully bold of you...
Located on 46th street between 9th and 10th sits a little hole in the wall - "Best Burgers and Shakes." It's precious. Once you pop inside, several tables are backed up against the wall and a small counter guards the kitchen. It's not a gourmet restaurant, but it definitely gets the job done. The price is right and it screams "neighborhood quality and originality." About being the best... Welllllll. Sort of. Nonetheless, their presentation is pretty fabulous.
